If you have a dog or a cat that you can't bear to leave behind, then you might be looking for a pet friendly cottage break. Self catered cottage breaks are actually perfect for dog owners as they are usually set in or near to lots of open space which your dog will love running around in.

Triss Cottage in Dorset

Triss Cottage is in the Blackmore Vale part of Dorset, and offers excellent views of the countryside and brilliant access to the wildlife. Capable of sleeping five, this picture-esque cottage is easily accessible to all because it has wheelchair access. There's enough parking for two cars, and there's a range of handy amenities inside including a hairdresser, high chair, fridge freezer and laundry room. There's a large shared garden and a patio furniture available to use.

The cottage is in the East Orchard area, and there's loads of great locations just an easy drive away, including Yeovil, Poole, Weymouth and Salisbury.
